Asbestos Surveying

Once we have gathered all the necessary information, we'll conduct a thorough asbestos survey. Our surveyors will inspect your property to identify any materials that might contain asbestos.

We'll then take samples of the suspected materials, which will be sent to a UKAS-accredited laboratory for testing. This process typically takes around 3-5 days, but we can also provide an expedited service if you need your results urgently.

Asbestos Report

After we have received the results from the laboratory, we'll compile a detailed asbestos report. This report will include information about the identified asbestos materials, their condition, and the recommended action to take in case the materials need to be removed.

We'll also provide you with advice on the management of any asbestos-containing materials that can't be removed from your property.

Asbestos Removal

If the report recommends asbestos removal, our team of experts will carry out the task in the safest and most efficient way possible. We have all the necessary safety equipment and techniques to ensure that the asbestos is removed without causing any harm to your family or workers.

Post-Removal Cleaning and Clearance

After we have successfully removed the asbestos from your property, we'll carry out a thorough cleaning to ensure that all asbestos fibers have been removed. We'll also conduct an air test to verify that the air quality is safe for occupation.
