Refurbishment/Demolition Survey

A refurbishment/demolition survey is a more intrusive inspection that aims to identify all ACMs that may be disturbed during the refurbishment or demolition process. During a refurbishment/demolition survey, we will inspect all accessible areas, including those that may be hidden, such as behind walls or under floors. We will take samples of any materials that are suspected of containing asbestos, and these will be analyzed in a UKAS accredited laboratory.
