Our asbestos survey service is designed to identify the presence, type and condition of asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) in your building. We offer three types of asbestos surveys:

• Management survey: This is the standard type of survey, which is required for all non-domestic properties that were built before 2000. It aims to identify the presence and condition of ACMs that could be disturbed during normal building occupancy or maintenance.
• Refurbishment survey: This survey is required before any refurbishment or demolition work takes place. It aims to identify all ACMs in the building, including those in hard-to-reach areas, and assess their condition and potential for disturbance.
• Demolition survey: As the name suggests, this survey is required before any demolition work takes place. It aims to identify all ACMs in the building and assess their condition and potential for release into the environment.
