We offer three types of asbestos survey, depending on your needs:

1. Asbestos Management Survey This survey is a requirement under Regulation 4 of the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012. It aims to identify the presence, location, and condition of asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) in a building that are likely to be disturbed or damaged during normal occupancy or maintenance.

Our surveyors will take samples of any suspected ACMs and have them analyzed under laboratory conditions. We will then provide you with a detailed report, including an asbestos management plan and a risk assessment, outlining the measures you need to take to manage the asbestos safely.

2. Refurbishment and Demolition Survey This survey is required before any refurbishment or demolition work is carried out on a building. It aims to identify all ACMs in the areas where the work will take place and provide information on their condition and how to manage them safely.

Our surveyors will take intrusive samples of all suspected ACMs and have them analyzed under laboratory conditions. We will then provide you with a detailed report, including recommendations for safe removal or encapsulation of the asbestos.

3. Asbestos Re-inspection Survey This survey is required for any building that has had an asbestos management survey or refurbishment and demolition survey in the past. It aims to identify any changes in the condition of ACMs and assess whether the measures in the previous survey are still adequate.

Our surveyors will conduct a thorough visual inspection of the areas where ACMs were identified in the previous survey and take samples of any new or suspected ACMs. We will provide you with a detailed report, including recommendations for any further action required.
