Refurbishment/Demolition Surveys are more invasive than Management Surveys and are required when a property is being refurbished or demolished. This survey is designed to identify any asbestos-containing materials that may be disturbed during the refurbishment or demolition process.

During a Refurbishment/Demolition Survey, our team will take samples of all materials that are likely to be disturbed during the work. The samples will then be sent to a UKAS-accredited laboratory for analysis. Once the results are received, a report detailing the location and condition of any asbestos will be provided to the property owner.
