Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys

Prior to any refurbishment, demolition or major renovation of a building, a refurbishment and demolition survey should be conducted. The survey is more invasive than a management survey and aims to identify all ACMs that could be disturbed during the works. The survey involves sampling and testing for ACMs, if required, and subsequent removal or management of the material.
