A management survey is a standard asbestos survey that is designed to locate and identify any asbestos present in a building, including the type, location, and condition of the asbestos, as well as any risks associated with it. This type of survey is a requirement under the regulations for any non-domestic building constructed prior to 2000.

Refurbishment and demolition surveys are more detailed and are required before any renovation or demolition work commences in a building. Our refurbishment and demolition survey identifies any asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) that may be disturbed or damaged during the work, enabling safe and effective removal of the materials.
