Refurbishment/Demolition Surveys

A refurbishment/demolition survey is a more intrusive survey that is conducted when a building is undergoing major refurbishment or demolition works. This survey is designed to identify any ACMs that may be disturbed during the works and to ensure that they are properly managed or removed.

Our team will conduct a thorough inspection of the building, including any areas that may be inaccessible, and take samples of suspected ACMs for laboratory analysis. We also provide a detailed report with recommendations for the safe removal and disposal of the materials.
