Our asbestos survey service is designed to help you comply with regulatory requirements and manage any potential risks associated with asbestos. We provide three different types of asbestos surveys:

Asbestos Management Survey

This survey is designed to help you manage any asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) in your property. Our surveyors will conduct a thorough inspection of all accessible areas of your property to identify any ACMs, and provide a detailed report outlining the location, condition, and risk of each ACM.

Refurbishment and Demolition Survey

This survey is required before any refurbishment or demolition work can be carried out on a property. Our surveyors will identify all ACMs in the areas affected by the planned works, and provide a detailed report outlining the location, condition, and risk of each ACM. This survey is more intrusive than a management survey, and may involve destructive sampling if necessary.

Type 3 Asbestos Survey

This survey is required for properties that are suspected or confirmed to contain asbestos. Our surveyors will conduct a comprehensive inspection of all accessible areas of the property, including potentially hazardous areas such as ventilation systems and ducts. We will provide a detailed report outlining the location, condition, and risk of each ACM, along with recommendations for managing any risks.
